How long will my order take to arrive?

All standard orders are shipped via DHL Max with a 2-5 business day delivery window nationally

Can I change my shipping address?

Email me at getnaked@frankbody.com where you can send my team your details including your order number and country to be delivered to.

The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.

With so much coffee on hand my team is super efficient and they usually send me on my way as soon as an order arrives.
If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

How do I track my order?

The babe factory (postal service and distribution centre) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. Because #letsbefrank, every babe needs a break. So your order will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders are sent out via DHL Parcel Direct.

Can I change or cancel my order?
