Australia & New Zealand

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed via our Australian online store operated by Frank Body Pty Ltd.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During sale periods or peak times, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Australia

Standard Delivery

  • $9.95 AUD
  • Free on orders over $60 AUD
  • Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days
  • Shipped via Australia Post

Express Delivery

  • $16.95 AUD flat rate
  • Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
  • Shipped via Australia Post Express

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

New Zealand

Standard Delivery

  • $16.95 AUD flat rate on orders under $140 AUD
  • Free on orders over $140 AUD
  • Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
  • Shipped via Australia Post International

Express delivery is not currently available for New Zealand orders.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import charges imposed by New Zealand authorities.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, peak periods, weather conditions, customs processing (for New Zealand orders), incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you provide delivery instructions (including authority to leave), you acknowledge that parcels may be left unattended. frank body is not responsible for loss or theft once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

frank body is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at getnaked@frankbody.com as soon as possible.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or make changes, including updating your shipping address or modifying items.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
