How much does shipping cost?
Spend $25 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
$25 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $4.00 AUD.
Standard shipping is currently unavailable to New Zealand. This is due to information received from our shipping couriers that the standard network is extremely delayed and impacted by COVID-19.
International Express shipping is available to New Zealand for a flat fee of AUD$10.

No time to waste? Add ‘Evening delivery’ shipping for $7.95 AUD.

How does 'Evening delivery' shipping work?
Please note, Sydney Metro Same Day Evening Delivery is currently unavailable.
Same day evening delivery is available to Melbourne metro babes for only $7.95 AUD.
The rules are simple babe:
Available to Melbourne metro customers only. To see if you’re eligible for this service, see below.
Residential addresses only (‘Evening delivery’ orders can’t be delivered to commercial addresses or parcel lockers).
Order by 2pm and have it delivered between 6pm and 9pm tonight. Order after 2pm and have it delivered between 6pm and 9pm tomorrow night.
Delivery is only done on weekdays. Excludes weekends and public holidays.
Any order placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday night.
Delivery will come from StarTrack.
When attempting delivery the courier will firstly try to deliver the parcel in person.
If there is no one at the door, they will leave the package in a safe place.
If there is no safe place to leave the package, they will try to deliver it using the same steps for the following 2 days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delays – New Zealand

Regular delivery timeframes – Australia
Regular orders: 2-7 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.
Evening delivery (order placed before 2pm): Will be delivered between 6-9pm the same day.
Evening delivery (order placed after 2pm): Will be delivered between 6-9pm the following day.

Can I change my shipping address?
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org where you can send my team your details including your order number and country to be delivered to.
The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
With so much coffee on hand my team is super efficient and they usually send me on my way as soon as an order arrives.
If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
How do I track my order?

The babe factory (postal service and distribution centre) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays.
Because #letsbefrank, every babe needs a break.
So your order will be dispatched the following business day.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
