How much does shipping cost?
Europe – Standard Delivery
Spend €40 or more and you’ll get free shipping.
€40 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €6.00.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Shipping, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 8 business days.
Europe – Express Delivery
Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of €15.00.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Shipping, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Regular delivery timeframe
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a 2-10 business day delivery window.
However, please allow additional time for your order to be processed and delivered to you. We would advise you to allow up to an additional 5 business days for shipping.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email me at email@example.com where you can send my team your details including your order number and country to be delivered to.
The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
With so much coffee on hand my team is super efficient and they usually send me on my way as soon as an order arrives.
If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
How do I track my order?
We do not offer tracked shipping on orders.
Tracked shipping only available on DPD Express Classic Tracked Shipping which is available on the check out.
Things you need to know.
The babe factory (postal service and distribution center) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. Because #letsbefrank, every babe needs a break. So your order will be dispatched the following business day.
