How much does shipping cost?


Shipping costs for frank’s International babes is determined by weight, determined at checkout.

**Shipping and product costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order. For detailed information about what duties or taxes you may be charged, please refer to your local customs website.

How long will my order take to arrive?


Regular delivery timeframe

Your order should arrive within 5-16 business days. This doesn’t account for customs delays outside of our control.

Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and delivered to you. We would advise you allow up to an additional 5 business days for shipping.

Can I change my shipping address?


Email me at getnaked@frankbody.com where you can send my team your details including your order number and country to be delivered to.

The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.

With so much coffee on hand my team is super efficient and they usually send me on my way as soon as an order arrives.
If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

How do I track my order?


All orders are sent from the UK with tracking, however tracking can’t be guaranteed once it enters a new postal network which is out of our control.

Things you need to know.


The babe factory (postal service and distribution centre) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. Because #letsbefrank, every babe needs a break.

So your order will be dispatched the following business day.

Our international warehouse is based in London, UK. All orders are sent out via Fed Ex International.

Can I change or cancel my order?


Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
