To ensure frank’s delivery before Christmas, please see the following delivery cut-off times below. Please note, the below dates are to be used as guides only and we recommend placing your order as early as possible and selecting express shipping where you can.
AU Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 15th December. WA and NT orders must be placed by 12th December. Express Shipping orders must be placed by Monday 18th December.
NZ Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 4th December. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 8th December.
US Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 15th December. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 19th Dec.
CA Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 12th December. Priority Shipping orders must be placed by 18th December.
UK orders must be placed by 15th December.
EU and INT orders must be placed by 12th December.

Orders are sent via Expedited Tracked Shipping (Canada Post), with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1 to 4 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post with a 1-4 business day delivery window.
All orders received before 9:00am EST are processed same day. Orders that come in after 9:00am are processed the next day.
Heads up, babe. There may be a slight delay in dispatching your order during peak times. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your order to be sent.
The babe factory (postal service and distribution centre) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. This includes editing your shipping address and adding or removing products from your order.
