Will COVID-19 impact the delivery of my order?
Please expect a delay in the processing and delivery of your order due to the impact of COVID-19 on both our couriers and our warehouses.
No matter where you buy your frank from, or who you shop online with, you will experience a delay in receiving your order at the moment. This is because all warehouses and postal networks globally have had to implement strict safety policies which slows down the dispatch process. On top of that, postal services are experiencing unprecedented volumes through their networks which further adds to the delay. It’s unavoidable and there is nothing we can do to speed it up. Please bear with us as we navigate safely through this crazy time, and know that our customer service and warehouse teams and your local shipping courier are working as hard, fast and safe as they can to get frank on his way to you.
Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and dispatched, and up to 2 weeks to receive your order once it has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
US – Standard Delivery
Spend $40 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
$40 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5.
Orders are sent via DHL Max, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.
**Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship within 3-8 business days via USPS Priority only.
US – Express Delivery
Two express shipping options are available via Fedex on all orders. 2-3 business day delivery is available for a flat rate of $10, and overnight delivery is available for a flat rate of $20.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Regular delivery timeframes
Most standard orders are shipped via DHL Max with a 2-10 business day delivery window nationally.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority with a 3-14 business day delivery window.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email me at email@example.com where you can send my team your details including your order number and country to be delivered to.
The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
With so much coffee on hand my team is super efficient and they usually send me on my way as soon as an order arrives.
If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

The babe factory (postal service and distribution center) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. Because #letsbefrank, every babe needs a break. So your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
