Within your box of goodies, you would have received a jar of my new body cream, plus my new body sculpting tool designed to drain excessive fluid, increase blood circulation, and smooth out dimpled skin.

You’ve probably seen a hundred TikToks on how to use a Gua Sha on your face, but how do you use one on your body? Let me show you.

Preparation.

  1. Start by cleansing your skin to remove dirt and oils. Gently exfoliate if needed, as this will allow the cream and tool to work more effectively.
  2. Pat your skin dry with a towel to ensure your skin isn’t too wet or slippery when applying the cream.

Let’s get sculpting.

  1. Apply a generous amount of the body cream to the area where you want to target dimpled skin (like thighs, bum, abdomen, or arms).
  2. Massage the cream into the skin with your hands to warm it up and improve absorption. Doing this step for 2-3 minutes will increase circulation in the area.
  3. Grab the tool, and begin with light pressure to warm up your skin. Gently glide it in upward motions (toward your heart) to promote lymphatic drainage and circulation. Start at the bottom of the legs and move upward. Use long, upward strokes (again, towards the heart) or sweeping motions. This helps with lymphatic drainage and breaks down fatty deposits. Do each area for about 5-10 minutes per session.
  4. For more intense sculpting, you can use your hands to pinch the skin and roll it. This will help stimulate blood flow and break up fatty deposits.
  5. After using the sculpting tool, apply another layer of body cream to lock in moisture and continue the treatment.

Post sculpt.
Drink water to help flush out toxins that have been released during the massage.

Consistency is key. To see results, aim to sculpt 3-5 times a week. You should start seeing smoother, firmer skin within a few weeks of consistent use.

If your muscles are feeling a little sore, keep the tool in the fridge and use the cold pressure to help reduce inflammation.

The best time to do this routine is after a warm bath or shower because your pores will be open and your muscles will be warmed from the water, allowing for better product absorption and circulation flow.

Can’t wait to hear how you go, babe.
