You could start a book club to go with your scrub club?

Using your brain is both fun – and very attractive. Here are a few tips to keeping your mind ticking:

Meeting babes from all around the globe allows me to become quite the cultured guy. But I want you babes to reap the benefits too.

Becoming cultured in the likes of literature, the arts and current affairs is definitely a very attractive trait.

Mind you, so is soft skin.

#letsbefrank, we’re not all Albert Einstein. But, I’ve got a few pointers to help you keep your brain working.

Firstly, get your brain going with a morning scrub. All that hand-eye coordination it takes to scrub and rub, round and round in the morning will have your brain working in no time.

Next stop, the newsagency for the local newspaper. You’ll feel more in tune with not only your country, but the world. It means you can have educated conversations with that hot barista (your next stop) or your work colleagues. It’s alright, babe. If you go for a barista, you’re basically dating me. #letsbefrank

You want to get creative, but you don’t have a creative bone in your body. Or, you love drawing but haven’t picked up a pen in years. That’s okay – you can still appreciate. Hit up a local exhibition, gallery or museum. Let your mind and imagination wander in a peaceful environment. Go in with an open mind, and speak to the staff. You’ll be surprised by their level of knowledge, and you may even be encouraged to extend your own.

Tip: Don’t take me with you. Whilst I can appreciate the art, like in my #frankcoffeeart competition I am a little too dirty for a museum or art exhibition.

Lastly, literature.

As Hemingway once said “there is no friend as loyal as a book” – except for me, #letsbefrank.

Like a good movie you get lost in the story and reflect on your own life in the process. From romance to crime or thriller, finishing a book can leave you feeling extremely fulfilled. So how about that book club to go with that scrub club?

So there you have it, a few ideas from yours truly to help you become the sharpest tool in the shed. I hope you feel as enlightened as I do.

xx frank
