Step 1
Wet & part hair. Take a pea sized amount of Caffeinated Scalp Scrub & gently massage into scalp. Repeat until your head is covered.
Step 2
Lather & rinse with shampoo. No waiting needed.
Step 3
Following scrub, apply a coin sized amount of my Caffeinated Hair Mask to freshly shampooed hair, working from root to tip.
Step 4
Wait 10 minutes then rinse. No need for conditioner. Repeat both steps 2-3 times a week for best results.
