If last nights antics got a little too crazy, I'm here to help.

#letsbefrank, I like to think I am the only thing to cure a hangover, but really there are other options. A good night out is made that much better without the headache in the morning.

#letsbefrank, a hangover is never fun.

You wake up in the morning – mascara smudged eyes, a throbbing headache, thinking “why the hell did I do this to myself?!” and  promise that you’ll NEVER do it again.

I can totally relate. Well, maybe not to the mascara part. But I’ve seen my fair share of hungover babes shuffling slowly to the shower.

But, like many things; a hangover is fleeting and you will survive it – and I’m here to tell you how, babe. #justthekindofguyiam

Hydration is key.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again – hydration is key. Alcohol is a diuretic that means it dehydrates the body. Before you hit the sheets, a bottle of water is a must. Drink as much as possible. Trust me, you will thank me in the morning. Now let’s sort out that face. Take your make up off- with my face regime (of course) Cleanse twice to remove your makeup, and scrub gently to leave you smooth and fresh faced.

If you’re reading this thinking, I will not do this – try mixing your vodka with coconut water during the night. It’s full of electrolytes and extremely hydrating.

Eat up.

As I’ve recently found out, girls love gluten. And a few drinks later, greasy gluten. Contrary to popular belief, greasy food is not the cure. Think less pizza, burgers and fries, more eggs, toast and fresh fruit.

It’s probably not what you think your body feels like, but trust me it’s what it needs.

Poached eggs and fruit juice should be at the top of your list.

The eggs contain cysteine which can break down the toxins causing your hangover; and the fruit – full of fructose to help rid the alcohol in your system.

Sweat it out.

Think you can stomach a run? Sweat out all the toxins in your body with a gym sesh – be warned, this is not for the faint hearted. But just like a vigorous scrub session with me, it’ll leave you feeling so much better.

Post run, a shower is the number one way to freshen up. And you know what that means. Scrub time. I would recommend my Peppermint Scrub for that minty fresh feeling.

So, if last nights antics got a little too crazy, I hope I’ve been able to help cure the aftermath.

xx frank.
