It’s no secret that coffee is the key ingredient in all my skincare products. But let’s not forget what my *other* favourite ingredient is: you.

Combine coffee and yourself, mix together in a shower (a steamy one, preferably) and you’ve got yourself one smooth, glowing babe. Plus a bunch of other benefits.

Coffee keeps you smooth, no matter the weather.

Pumping your heater in the middle of winter? Or the A/C in summer? These can dry your skin faster than a microfibre towel.

My Original Coffee Scrub hydrates while it exfoliates. Coffee grinds buff away dry skin and cold-pressed sweet almond oil hydrates skin. Feel hydrated before you leave the shower, and long after.

Coffee gets you glowing.

Dead skin builds up over time. Nobody likes to feel scaly like a snake, babe. Swap the rough skin for soft, glowing skin.

Scrubbing with coffee gently removes your top layer of dead skin. Once your dead skin is buffed away, brighter & newer skin comes out to play. Look babe, I’m a poet.

Coffee is packed with caffeine. Duh.

Rubbing your hands all over your body generally helps with things like self-love (but also circulation). Coffee has caffeine which does extra things for you: it wakes up your body and babes like you say it gets results for their stretch marks, cellulite, and body breakouts.

Coffee helps other products absorb better.

When you buff away your top layer of dead, damaged skin, your skin can more easily absorb your other products, like body creams and oils.

Coffee is an antioxidant.

Coffee does more than wake you up; it protects your skin from free radicals. You know, those things that enter your body and cause premature ageing and damaged skin.

So, now you know why to scrub with coffee. But how do you get the most out of me?

1. Be consistent, babe. Scrub for three minutes, 2-3 times a week.

2. Your cheeks are sensitive. Pat them, don’t scrub them. Then leave me on for a few minutes and gently rinse.

3. Keep me away from the showerhead and reach into my packet with dry hands.

4. Take a before photo before you start scrubbing. Then another photo each week to see the results. And don’t be shy babe: share your dirty pictures with me.
