Happy Valentine’s Day, babes. I sure hope you’re having a good day.
If I were your man, I’d send you flowers, chocolate, candles, etc. etc.
But #letsbefrank, I’d expect something back from you, too.
So I’ve made a list of things you can do for your man. It’s not too late – be it right now, as soon as you get home, or even as you’re drifting off to sleep.
#1. Send him a text. Don’t make it soppy, just make it sexy. You’ve got plenty of days to be mushy and doing it today just seems contrived. Pictures work well here.
#2. Send him a six-pack. Do you know how expensive roses are on Valentine’s Day? Return the favour with something he’ll appreciate. You can water your flowers and he can water his throat. Seems fair.
#3. Go out with your friends. Speed dating is not fun for anyone, and when you’re piled side by side in a crammed restaurant, looking at other couples trying to out love you- well, it will be hard to swallow that expensive food. So triple date it- heck quad it. Make Valentine’s a party about loving your life, and your favourite people in it.
#4. Or cook. Show your man you’ve got skills inside and outside of the kitchen. He likes steak, rare to medium. All guys do. (When in doubt – Mrs. Doubtfire it.)
#5. Lingerie is one of those great gifts that you can both enjoy. I need not explain this any further. May I recommend the lovely ladies at Gooseberry Intimates, or Triangl.
#Finally. Shower together. The perfect way to end the night and set the scene for bed. Why? Because I’m involved, that’s why. Get naked, get dirty, get rough, get clean. Did I mention the water savings?
xx frank
