If only your hair was as manageable as your love life. When in doubt, approach your hair the same way as your latest fling. #letsbefrank, the same rules apply to both.

Rule #1: Show some commitment.

Going for regular trims won’t make your hair grow longer, but it will get rid of split ends and reduce breakage. So it will keep your hair healthy. Fact.

Rule #2: Avoid fakes.

No synthetics, no parabens, no toxins. Hair is like skin. What you put on it gets absorbed. Get good quality products & tools. And go natural to give your hair a break, babe.

Rule #3: Use protection.

Best case scenario: you avoid all hot tools for the rest of your life. But #letsbefrank, I know a babe loves a blow wave. Dry on a cooler, less powerful setting and protect your hair from heat styling with protective sprays. Trust me.

Rule #4: Use a gentle touch.

On your scalp. Don’t forget, it’s where hair grows from. So in order to get healthier hair, you need to look at the root of the problem. Literally. My Caffeinated Scalp Scrub gently cleans and wakes up hair from where it grows; so it can grow healthier, softer, shinier.

Rule #5: Keep it chill.

Your hair looks sexy pushed back, but keep it loose to avoid pulling, tugging, or pressure on the hair shaft. Giggle. No high ponytails, buns, twirling, and picking at split ends. Paws off, babe.

Rule #6: Give TLC when it’s needed.

Deep condition 1-2 times a week. The thirstier (and more textured) your hair is, the more hydration it needs. Use a treatment that adds moisture and strength back to hair, like my Caffeinated Hair Mask. Hot tip: for extra benefits, towel dry after shampooing and before masking. Excess water can act as a barrier between your hair and my mask. Science, babe.

Rule #7: Don’t strip.

Washing your hair every day can strip its natural oils and proteins that keep hair healthy. Over-washing is even more damaging if you’ve got naturally dry or coloured hair. Don’t strip, just tease; aim to wash it three times a week.

Rule #8: Dry your tears.

Did I say tears? I meant tangles. If washing three times a week is nowhere near enough for you, get a dry shampoo to soak up oil between washes. And if you find you’re getting a build-up of product, reset your hair with my Caffeinated Scalp Scrub.

The rules of the game are simple.

But when in doubt, turn your phone off, get naked, and meet my Non-Stop Hair Duo in the shower.
