Dig up the travel / goal journal and all those big ideas. Write them out and stick them on your wall. Look at them each day as a reminder of how you want to live your life: discover another city, volunteering, learn a language or more scrubs with me…
Get your dreams in order.
Time to prioritise. Time with me at the top. Volunteering, just as important, that goes near the top. Keen to learn how to sew, but in no rush? Place it near the middle. Rank them all, so you know where to get started.
Take it bit by bit.
Don’t let the holiday energy go to waste. It’s a marathon babe, not a sprint. Next to each goal, list the next step you need to take to achieve it. Do a little bit day by day to work towards it. I’ll be there with you every step of the way.
Defeat the post-holiday blues.
