Like an energiser bunny, you need to be recharged. And I have the perfect recipe to do so.

The things you put in your body, just like the things you put on your body need to have a purpose. And while eating is a great reason, let’s make the sustenance more than just a bowl of food.
Let’s make it a nutritious bowl of food. One of my favourite babe’n mamma’s Snezana Markoski wrote a recipe for a Nutrition Bowl for her beau Sam Wood’s fitness app, 28 by Sam Wood. #letsbefrank, if she wrote it, I like it.

Nutrition Bowl:

1 bunch of broccolini
50g sweet potatoes, diced
½ zucchini, sliced
½ red capsicum, sliced
olive oil spray
1 egg, boiled
8 almonds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp hummus
¼ avocado, sliced

  1. Bake your vegetables on a tray in a 200C oven for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Boil your egg for 5-7 minutes, allow to cool.
  3. Put your vegetables in a bowl, sprinkle with nuts, seeds etc and put your egg & avocado on top with your dollop of hummus.
