It’s Sunday and the couch is your best friend. You curse ‘Whyyyy did I do this to myself again?” The pizza is oozing, the hair is in a top-knot (#babe), the baggy clothes are on. Sorry Sunday has landed.
So I’m going to swoop in to save you – from yourself. As of tomorrow, you’re going to win at life with these 5 simple steps. (I kept them at 5 because anything over that hurts #letsbefrank).
Step 1: Write down your goals.
Did you know you will get more done if you write it down? I want you to write a list of all the fun things you can do during the week. Pencil me in 3 times, please. And the best bit? You can write a list aaaaaand chew pizza. Win-win.
Step 2: Me-time.
With me. And you. You and me. Actually, I mean you. Book that massage you’ve always wanted then jump in the shower with my Peppermint Coffee Scrub. The minty freshness will soothe those muscles even more so you will feel like an ooey, gooey ball of relaxation. Yum.
Step 3: Set your alarm early.
I’m talking one hour earlier than usual. Let’s make the most of the morning. Take yourself out for a coffee. Finish ‘that’ book next to your bed. Do half an hour of Spanish. Te quiero, babe.
Step 4: Get out of your comfort zone.
Book something you normally wouldn’t. Let’s give Friday night this one. Take your best babe out to life drawing, a cooking class or candle making. Broaden your horizons and I can guarantee you will have a few laughs.
Step 5: Beauty sleep.
None of this is getting done unless you get 8 hours of sleep each night. Change your pillowcase first, babe. No babe wants bacteria breeding on their face #letsbefrank. Combine that with my Sweet Cheeks Kit and those rosy reds will be plump and perky ready to do this all again next week.
