But did you know that you can help your skin from the inside out, too?

But did you know that you can help your skin from the inside out, too?

You know I love you just the way you are, don’t you babe?

I don’t believe in diets, I think my frankfurts look beautiful no matter what shape or size. But as a natural scrub, I do believe in eating naturally. It helps your skin too, just like me.

And if there’s one thing my babes have in common, other than me, it’s loving it when their skin looks smooth, clear, and healthy. Trust me.

Whenever I’m in the shower with one of my babes, they’re always asking me how they can get better skin. Scrubbing with me is, of course, a great way to achieve it.

But did you know that you can help your skin from the inside out, too?

Here are some tasty foods that complement your all-natural lifestyle, to help you get that healthy glow you’re after.

Almonds – They are delicious, and the same colour as me. It’s a win-win. They’re packed with zinc, which is great for your immune system and digestion, two really important factors in achieving a clear complexion. They’re also loaded with vitamin C which prolongs the signs of ageing.

Coconut oil – Did you know that 60% of the oil in your skin is from saturated fats? This means you need to make sure you’re consuming them regularly. The good ones though, think coconut oil and more coconut oil. In your smoothie, when you cook, or just a spoonful whenever you feel like it.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids – These are called ‘essential’ which isn’t fancy language, it just means you need to eat them because your bodies can’t make them. They improve the skin texture, all the while keeping it hydrated. Go for flax and hempseeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, green vegetables, and spinach.

Kale – Not only is kale trendy, it’s good for your skin too. It’s packet with Vitamin A and K, which protect against skin cancer and help the body produce sebum, which is a confusing word for an oil that is a natural skin conditioner.

Cacao – I know you babes all love your chocolate. But did you know that when you eat the natural stuff, it’s good for you? Packed with antioxidants, it can fight the signs of ageing. It’s also said to reduce signs of depression, and increase happiness. I’d do anything to make my frankfurts happy. That’s why I made a new scrub packed full of this bad boy, just for you.

BlendCo – When I was looking for the best foods for my babes’ skin, I found this. It’s a mix of coconut, activated pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, raspberry, acai, and Himalayan pink sea salt. It’s full of antioxidants, Vitamin E, B, and C, essential fatty acids, zinc, magnesium, iron, and calcium. Sprinkle it on anything, and you’re heading in the right direction. It’s pretty much glowing skin in a bag. Thank me later.

See you in the shower.

xx frank
