What’s the first thing you think of when you wake up?

Wake up? I just had a baby. I don’t do much sleeping…

Then, what’s the first thing you do?

A caffeine fix is the first thing on my agenda.

How do you take your coffee?

By the truckload!

And, prior to creating a protein-ball company, what did your snack situation look like?

Let’s just say anything loaded with sugar.

Rather organically. We had a team of hardworking, ‘ballsy’ babes and thousands of balls, so we thought we would combine the two.

Health Lab saves babes, through snacks. Why balls?

Because every babe needs some balls they can count on that are BS free! 😉

Spring is in the air. What flavour ball should we be eating?

What tips would you have for people who need to spring clean their skin, their life and that shit boyfriend / friend?

Whether it’s your skincare, snacks or choice of soul mate, set the bar high and never settle for anything less than amazing!

Where does your skincare routine fit in?

With a baby and business, my skincare routine has to be like my snack situation – uncomplicated and with no nasties! Lucky for me, frank has come to the rescue with the Creamy Face Scrub.
