Get out of bed.
This may very well be the hardest thing you have to do. But it will be good for you, I promise babe. Get those party feet off the mattress and walking around. A walk and some fresh air is the perfect cure to wake up your weary body and start afresh.
Wake yourself up.
As much as I love watching you work your way through the cocktail menu, those drinks only lead to trouble. Drown yourself in something less regrettable – water. Pop yourself in the shower and wash those toxins off. This is the perfect use for my Peppermint Coffee Scrub. Water. Panadol. Food. Repeat.
In that order. More than less. Hydrate yourself with something other than Vodka and nourish your body with something more greeny and less cheesy. Not only will you feel better for it but it will help your body bounce back later in the day.
Go back to the scene of the crime.

But as my mama’s say, you can’t move forward without looking back aka, you can’t know what you got up to after the third shot without asking some eyewitnesses.Hangovers are the perfect excuse to call your best babe for a debrief and to ask the dreaded question, ‘What happened last night.’ You may want another drink after this one.

Treat yourself If there was ever a time to be indulgent, it’s now. Hop into bed, snuggle up with all your pillows, your favourite TV show and me, of course.
