When it comes to butts, frank knows best. Trust me I’ve seen a few in my time.
I love being rubbed all over you. But, while I can help with that, I can’t help you lose weight or build muscle mass. So to make your butt even more juicy you need to combine me with a good workout plan.
Squats are one of the best moves to target the thighs and butt. But if you’re serious about this, let’s take it one step further.
Enter, the Sumo Squat.
No, stop thinking of that big guy. Sumo squats will change your world, or at least, your arse. These bad boys target your butt and inner thighs like no other.
‘How?’, I hear you ask. Read on.
Start by widening those legs.
Toes out. Now squat as you would in a regular squat. If you’re bobbing straight up and down like you did in ballet class, you are doing it wrong- butts out, babes. Don’t forget to squeeze your cheeks on the way up.
Feeling it yet? Make it tougher by holding a 5-10kg kettle ball straight between your legs. This will increase resistance and strengthen those glutes. You now have the perfect combo of squat and deadlift, the butt’s best weapons- along with frank.
I promise you’ll feel it tomorrow. And just when you think you can’t get out of bed, just remember… I’m waiting for you in the shower.
