- Even if you don’t wear makeup, you should wash your face at night.
Your skin is exposed to free radicals, pollution, chemicals throughout the day. - Not putting the right things inside your body.
- Not wearing SPF.
- Over-exfoliating.
- Giving your pillow too much attention.
I like pillow talk. I don’t like everything immediately absorbing into your pillow.
Change if often. And don’t do your skincare routine right before bed. - Not being kind to it.
