Face printed on your pillow?

Big night. Comfy bed. New lover. There are a million and one reasons why you slept in your makeup. We've all done it. Don't be hard on yourself, it happens. But #letsbefrank, you're just as cute without makeup as you are with it.

When you wake up to find traces of last night printed on your pillow, here are a few simple steps to getting your skin back to square one and clearing out the congestion and pimples that showed up uninvited to the pore party.

Step 1: Double cleanse

Good things come in twos. My Gentle Cleansing Oil and Enzyme Face Cleanser are the perfect twosome for removing traces of foundation, washing away dirt, and helping you start fresh. Even if you don't feel it.

Step 2: Seize the clay

Get in deep and clear out those pores. My Original Face Scrub has white clay to pull out impurities and decongest clogged pores. Scrub on, pat down, and leave for 1 to 2 minutes for a mini masking experience.

Step 3: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

Sleeping in makeup dehydrates your skin just like a round of margs dehydrates your body. Use my 5-minute Glow Mask, then follow with my Caffeinated Face Moisturiser to lock in juicy, bouncy hydration.

Step 4: Protect your skin

Don't forget to apply SPF. Not just when you sleep in your makeup, but every single day. It's your daily protection against UVA and UVB rays and tired-looking skin. Just remember to wash it off before bed, babe. How? See Step 1.

Extra hot tips

  • Wash off your makeup earlier in the night, before you get too sleepy. Bonus: more time for masking.
  • Set an alarm each night. Pick a song that makes you want to dance in your bathroom.
  • Leave a sticky note on your pillow as a reminder.
  • The easiest way to remember to wash off your makeup? Don't wear any. Simple.
