Frankly, dear. I’m faking it.

#letsbefrank, few things are good when they're fake: handbags, money, and smiles. A fake tan is the exception to the rule. When done properly, of course. And that's the tricky part, isn't it?

A streak-free golden glow all year round? I know the secret ingredient. A little time with me.

1. Scrub the night before

Scrub yourself thoroughly with my Original Coffee Scrub the night before you tan. This helps remove any dry, flaky skin that can cause your tan to look patchy. Why the night before? Because my coffee scrubs are packed with natural oils, you want to allow them to hydrate your skin as much as possible before tanning.

2. Keep your hands out of it

Wear a tanning mitt. Say no to orange hands, babe. If you must tan without a mitt, scrub your hands thoroughly afterwards to remove any excess tan from your hands and knuckles.

3. Stay hydrated

Your post-tan routine is just as important as your pre-tan routine. Once you've put your tan on, moisturise the dry areas: knees, elbows, and ankles. Then keep moisturising every morning and night to maintain your glow.

4. Revisit step one

Your tan will fade. That's normal. But you want it to fade evenly. About 4 to 5 days after you apply, hop in the shower and get dirty from head to toe with my Original Coffee Scrub. Then top up your tan again and no one will be the wiser.

I've been told fake tan makes some of you babes happy. And #letsbefrank, that's all I really want.
