How do I purchase a frank body e-gift card?
You can purchase e-gift cards online via our website. All e-gift cards can only be redeemed at frankbody.com and are only redeemable in the region and currency they were originally purchased. E-gift cards are non refundable.
Can I purchase multiple e-gift cards in one transaction?
Yes, you can. Simply return to the product page, fill in the form and add to cart for each unique e-gift card.
Are there any fees associated with the frank e-gift card?
No, you will only be charged the amount allocated to the e-gift card.
Can I choose the value of a e-gift card I want to purchase?
Yes, you can purchase a $25, $50 or $100 value e-gift card. You can purchase multiple gift cards in one transaction if you’d like the value to be higher. See above for more information.
Can I change the value of the e-gift card after I have paid for it?
Unfortunately, the value of the e-gift card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.
Can I buy a frank body e-gift card for myself?
Yes, you can. Simply select the ‘Email to me’ option on the product page, and the gift card will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout. Upon completion of the purchase, the e-gift card will be delivered to your email. Alternatively, if you select email to someone else we will send the e-gift card to that chosen email.
I want a printed E-Gift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
Simply select the ‘Email to me’ option on the product page, send the e-gift card to your email and print it once you receive it.
Can I send two (or more) frank body e-gift cards to two (or more) people who share an email address?
Yes, you can. If you want to send separate frank body e-gift cards to different parties, select the ‘Email to someone else’ option on the product page and indicate their name and email in the recipient’s field. They will receive separate emails advising that you have sent them a frank body e-gift card.
Will I earn Hotel Pink points for purchasing frank body e-gift cards?
Yes you will. 1,000 points for every dollar spent.
Can I schedule the delivery date of the frank body e-gift card?
No, unfortunately at this time we don’t offer this service. E-gift cards will be sent as soon as the order is successfully placed.
How do I cancel the purchase of a frank body e-gift card?
Once the payment is made, an e-gift card purchase cannot be cancelled.
frank body reserves the right to cancel orders made by unverified and unconfirmed Credit Card accounts.
How will returns be handled?
e-Giftcards are non refundable. However please contact getnaked@frankbody.com if you have any questions.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send a frank body e-gift card?
The recipient receives an email which contains the frank body e-gift card, along with information such as the e-gift card value, the voucher code and personalised message.
When would the e-gift card I purchased online be sent to the recipient?
The e-gift card will be sent to the recipient as soon as the purchase has been made.
Where can the frank body e-gift card be used?
frank body e-gift card can only be used for online purchase at frankbody.com and in the original country of purchase. They cannot be used for in store purchases with our retailers.
When do frank body e-gift cards expire?
frank body e-gift cards bought online expire 1 year from the date of delivery.
How do I check my balance?

How can I redeem a frank body e-gift card online?
Step 1: Have your e-gift card email ready, with your voucher code.
Step 2: Add your products to cart at frankbody.com.
Step 3: Enter the voucher code from your e-gift card email at checkout.
Can I make partial redemptions?
No, the total value of the e-gift card will be used for your order.
For example if the total order is $30, and you have a $25 gift card, you will be asked to pay the additional $5.
If your order is $20, and you have a$25 gift card, you will use $20 of the total value and $5 will remain to be used on your next online order.
How do you prevent the email from getting lost as spam?
We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the frank body e-gift card via email. However, there is still a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient will not notice it in their inbox. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to an inbox, the recipient’s email options will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.
What if I lose the frank body e-gift card?
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your frank body e-gift card, contact Customer Service on getnaked@frankbody.com immediately. frank body e-gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. frank body e-gift card have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
frank body will not be liable for redeemed frank body e-gift card if they have been stolen. Please do not display your frank body e-gift card number online.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed frank body E-Gift Card and uses it without my authorisation?
We will only send the frank body e-gift card to the recipient stated upon purchase. You will need to safeguard your frank body e-gift card as it has a cash value. The value of the frank body e-gift card is tied to the card number. Once the frank body e-gift card is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the card. If someone makes a copy of your frank body e-gift card and redeems the full amount, your frank body e-gift card will have no value.
