Four ways to get dirty – that don’t involve scrubbing.

It’s the second step in the scrubbing process and arguably the most fun. Really, who doesn’t love messing up the shower and covering themselves in the deliciousness that is me. Clearly all you babes do or #thefrankeffect wouldn’t get as much traction as it does.

So what is it about getting dirty that babes love? Is it the nostalgia, the novelty, or maybe just the naughtiness?

I think all of the above. And because I know how much you like getting dirty I’ve put together a few other activities you can use to satisfy your messy side when you’re not scrubbing with me.

Gardening

Pull on those overalls, get outside and get into that garden. Buy some seedlings and turn that dirt pit into a flourishing garden. Don’t have a garden? No problem. Buy some pots, some indoor plants and turn your living room into a greenhouse. Ferns are very in right now.

Cooking

I bet when you were little you spent many an afternoon perched on the kitchen bench licking beaters and smearing cake mix all over your face. Why stop now. Get in the kitchen and make a mess. All you need is an apron (there’s nothing sexier than a woman in nothing but an apron), a wooden spoon and some condiments. Betty Crocker would be proud.

Exercising

I’m not talking about yoga or leisurely walks ladies. I’m talking about putting on your big girl shoes going down to your local park and pulling out a ball. Soccer, AFL, gridiron- whatever your country calls football- embrace it. Tackling, tripping and wrestling are encouraged.

Bedroom-ing

It was always going to end like this. The bedroom is a great place to get dirty- literally. Honey, chocolate, whipped cream- whatever your partner is into, smear it all over you. Make a mess. Have some fun. Don’t worry the sheets will be ok.

Finally babe, remember that no matter how dirty you get, I’ll be in the shower waiting to clean you up.
