Rise and grind

If you’ve ever wondered how my grind works its magic, read my body (paragraphs).

One: “This is the only thing keeping me going.”

#letsbefrank caffeine may get your heart racing, but it doesn’t look good on you, unless you’re covered in it.

Coffee naturally boosts blood flow, which makes your skin cells turnover so you feel all brand new. Some babes think it can help with things like cellulite, stretch marks and scarring. But the real magic happens when you jump in the shower with me. The steam opens your pores, allowing the caffeine to be easily absorbed through your hair follicles, refreshing your skin.

Two: “I am a new person now.”

While many natural exfoliants will smooth skin, they aren’t gentle. Coffee grounds are naturally softer, treating your skin kinder without even trying. That’s why I use it in my Original Coffee Scrub. It combines the power of the bean with a range of natural oils like citrus and Vitamin E to replace any lost moisture to keep your skin soft for days and last night’s regret removed forever.

Three: “I must look like I slept fo(u)r hours.”

If you’ve ever pulled an all nighter (don’t lie, I know you) you would know that dark circles and lines are the kind of friends that always reveal your bad behaviour. Coffee is full of antioxidants, more so than any blueberry, so it can help target those dark lines and circles often caused by dehydration, stress, bad diets or smoking (aka. Saturday night). The result? Bright skin and a refreshed glow. Yep, I just gave you a way to detox without consuming any kale.

Four: ‘I’ve got this.’

Too bitter, too sweet, too hot, too much of a good thing. Like coffee, finding the right skincare can be a bit of a challenge. Coffee eliminates this problem because it has the same pH levels as your skin so it won’t cover, hide or suffocate you, just balance you out. And lucky for your shelf space, my Original Introduction Kit can balance that out, too.

Five: “I am glowing like Oprah.”

While coffee keeps your insides alert, when used as a face mask its stimulating properties make your skin radiant. So you can glow on.

Happy grinding.
