If you don’t, I’ll come find you and scrub your mouth out.

#letsbefrank, people can talk a lot of sh*t on social. From bitchy, backhanded compliments to straight up explicate and casually charged racial slurs; some people seem to think real life social protocol doesn’t apply to the online world.

What’s wrong with you all?

Firstly, babes don’t bully.

Why? Because it’s just not attractive.

Secondly, because it hurts other babes. And we want to make scrub, not war. Right?

Saying something bad about another babe only reflects badly on you, not them. And surely you have better things to do with your time than bitch and complain?

I adopted a no bullying policy on my Instagram, meaning I’ll delete and block any bad talk that happens online. In the mean time, and in case you don’t remember the manners your mamma taught you, here are a few rules from my own mammas:

1. Don’t write first.

2. Or second.

3. Or third.

Please see diagram above.

4. Don’t be racist.

Not even in an “I was just joking way”. Tone is hard to interpret via text and putting a winky face emoji after your comment doesn’t make it ok.

5. Don’t insult people.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t type something bitchy. Tearing apart a person because you don’t like his or her feet, face, or fingernail is not productive for anyone. It’s also a little sad.

6. Don’t give backhanded compliments.

“She’s beautiful for a fat girl” is not a compliment. It’s an insult. Please refer to point 5. Equally, on an image of a curvier woman comments like: “Finally a real woman” are insulting to my non-curvy babes. Remember a real woman is a woman that breathes.

7. Don’t be a sleaze.

You are not in a rap video and that person you are talking about is someone’s daughter. Remember one day your daughter will have social media, too.

8. Debate, don’t preach.

Embrace the fact that people may have differing opinions to you. Imagine how boring the world would be if we all thought alike. Healthy debate is great but remember as soon as it starts getting nasty or personal I’ll start deleting and blocking.

9. Don’t ask stupid questions.

Read my FAQs. My frankfurts have spent a lot of time writing out an extensive list of frequently asked questions about my products, brand, and shipping, just for you babes with lots of questions about my products, brand, and shipping. It’s quicker than asking a question via a comment. So please, stop.

10. Don’t tag me in photos I’m not in.

You’re giving me an identity crisis.

That’s it – 10 quick tips to being a babe with brains, beauty, and (good) banter. If you get confused or that little devil reappears on your shoulder, just remember this simple advice: act the way you’d like to be treated online and don’t be a little shit.

If you don’t, I’ll come find you and scrub your mouth out.
